great bag. well beyond my expectations. very good quality material. seems durable. vacuum works excellently. pump works as well. just needed to press and hold the on/off button until it turned on for the first time. shipping was a little slow but it came and I am pleased.

I ordered the bag and vacuum was supposed to come with it…and the vac didn’t come. I attempted to contact the seller to see if they would send it. But received no response. contacted customer service and they opened a ticket for a refund. I just wanted the seller to send tge vacuum that was supposed to accompany the bag…I already gave this as a gift I can’t take it back and it’s functional
